    6. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

    The use of the Services requires an Internet connection and adequate computer equipment, all costs, fees, subscriptions and taxes are independent of the Services offered by WECCI MA and at the exclusive expense of the Customer.

    The Customer undertakes not to interfere with the operation of the site and the Services in any way and in particular not to use any computer program whose purpose is to reach or make unavailable the Site and the Services and more broadly the system information from WECCI MA.

    9. SUSPENSION-TERMINATION

    WECCI MA reserves the right to temporarily interrupt any part of the Site or Services for reasons related to the security of the Site. WECCI MA also reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the relationship resulting from the General Conditions of Use in the event that the Customer demonstrates significant breaches of Article 6 of these TCU.
